Join us in Brussels, Belgium for practical, inspiring NGO finance training that will empower you to do more with your programme funds. This intensive and fast-paced course equips INGO programme managers with the skills and confidence to strengthen financial management practice in their projects.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for non-finance programme managers and project officers of international NGOs who manage or directly implement projects. A background in finance is not required for this course.

This is a companion course to Assessing your partners' financial health for Programme Managers who implement programmes with local partner NGOs.

This course is not suitable for finance staff or local NGOs - see our Getting the basics right course as a suitable alternative. Previous financial management experience or training is not a requirement for this course.

How much does it cost?

The course fee depends on your organisation’s annual turnover, and whether you book early or not. Early bookings (made at least 8 weeks in advance of the course start date) qualify for the lower, early booking price. A 5% group booking discount is also available. From £345.
